Payment

We accept all major credit & debit cards via a secure Paypal system. Once your items are selected into your basket, you will be taken through the payment process where you can pay using a Paypal account or credit/debit card.

Paypal for buyers is free and you do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. All your details are securely encrypted to a verified account and are not forwarded in any way to the merchant.

Goods will be released upon cleared payment. Items dispatched same day if ordered before 12 midday BST.

Paypal will notify you by email to inform you that your payment has cleared.

We do not take payment by any other means at this time.

Packaging/Postage

Prices are for UK delivery only. Contact is appreciated before ordering from overseas.

All items are carefully packaged in padded envelopes & in most cases dispatched same day subject to time of order placed. 

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & will therefore REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. This is to ensure safe delivery of your order to the address given & proof of postage is always obtained. This way, any postage discrepancies can be taken up with Royal Mail. We are not held responsible for missing/undelivered items.

Terms

All our earrings are for pierced ears only.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. A paypal account is required to purchase a voucher.

If there is a problem with your order on receipt, we would ask you to notify us by email immediately, clearly outlining the discrepancy.

We reserve the right to hold your email address temporarily to allow us to follow up your order & from time to time may ask for your help in feedback, thus allowing us to improve our services. If you require regular updates you must register on our mailing list.

Your postal address will also be logged for a time.

None of your details provided through this site will ever be passed to a third party & are held in the upmost confidence in compliance with The Data Protection Act 1998.

Any abuse generated through this site will not be tolerated and will be handed over to the relevant authorities forthwith. Visitors to the site may be tracked at any time.
